Its already been planned, considered, and imagined by various people, including Rhialto. Aside from that, its generally agreed upon that having two weapons makes you faster, but usually at a loss of defense(For swords that is, although some others follow this. Its usually personal preference) , although I don't know what Rhialto thinks about that.
