Allow multiple "cone" spells to be cast at once?

I'm not so sure about that.. A cone a paralasis with a Thunderstorm/Dragonbreath? Although it may be a bit balanced game wise, you have to consider the RP ramifacations of the level of concentration it would require. Perhaps a prerequisite in Meditation or Archmage status in the mages Guild? Both? You would have to be a strong spellcaster to do this. Also, the reason why you can cast Fireball and blizard at the same time, is becuase you are not putting that much energy in creating a constant stream of it, and also they are not determinable when or what they might hit, its easier to just sidestep it and never see it again than a cone.

Yeah, but various factors are involved including Concentration, power management, ect. Its not as simple as having two hands so you can cast two spells.

Aye, Salkand is right. Cone spells are more complex, and require a bit more thinking. Fireball and Blizzard spells are basically just created, and then flung.
