Healing Nerf
Now that the new Healing nerf is in place, what should I do with Morphan, my naga, who has 6 Incantation and 10 Lore. Should I untrain them all so I can use the skill points for more FW, Meditation, Strength, and... Healing *shudder*?
Strength: 11 FW: 2 Meditation: 14 |

my naga, though not able to be a hydra yet, heals fairly well by shifting to frog and training healing. When you only have 20-ish hp, not much healing is required. Just make sure you don't shift to frog when there are enemies around

I suggest keeping 1 lore for dispel spells. Very unpleasant to run into something nasty, have it confuse you and smack you around while you helplessly run in circles.
If you want, keep 2 lore and use fear, always fun to hit a large group of pesky monsters with fear...and kill them while they're helpless or hit some recoil fiend with fear and get through without having to deal with it. Glimpse and knock are also useful. As for meditation, if you don't plan on using spells, or using minimal amount of spells (with lore 1 or 2 spells you should add 2med) you'll need about 12 to stay in hydra (I think), that should be enough. I suggest you focus on strength and unarmed. When you reach 20 strength (or 15+pot or 13+belt+pot) start training FW--while keeping your unarmed to level, your unarmed takes priority over str and fw. |
