-Free action pots, recommended, especially if you RD. You'll need D-Pro ammy for reapers. -Bravery can be casted, simply get the spell. Low sp cost, so no worries. -Prismatic shield can destroy loot, so I'm against it. I only find those useful for when you get surrounded, or you're doing MMA. -Scrolls of resist are very nice, but not entirely necessary. You can cast resists as a pally (20% with - 5 elements) and with rings, you can reach about 45-50% of two different resists. Of course, scrolls protect better and help you RD faster, so I'd recommend them for RDs or areas where you know heavy elemental damage is coming (red dragon cave, for example). -Scrolls of Restoration are nice to carry before level 25. Before level 25, you can cast one every so often so if you die from a reaper's DR, you don't lose that drained exp. After 25, you can simply wait until you're done with the RD to use one. -Scrolls of resurrection are nice to carry if you are in a non-RD area, or if you're RDing with a friend and they die. Otherwise, going back down 100+ floors can be tedious. ~Things you may also consider carrying~ -Mana Potions are good for emergencies when your mana runs out and you're no longer protected by mana shield. Carry only a few, they're kind of heavy. -Elixers are good for near death situations. Carry a few. -Scrolls of teleport/blink because, hey, you never know. -Scrolls of Thravel's Lock Pick ~AND/OR~ Wand of Knocking for chests deep in the RD. They carry good stuff on lower levels. -A quit alias for emergencies. -The kitchen sink (had to ;P) That's a lot of stuff to carry, so do remember to use bags and autobag aliases. It helps a LOT. Also, good aliases in general will save you time and frustration. |
