The others in this list aren't even music, and they hurt my ears.

Use itunes, you can search with that. I've got 48 gb's of music and the search feature helps a lot.

I wouldn't really label The Parliament Funkadelic as Hip-Hop. Funk is a much better fitting genre here imo.

I find that hard to believe. I know hip-hop is a very wide genre but P-Funk isn't a part of it. G-Funk is but that's a whole different story.
