Default Just to Annoy Salkand

So, a few years ago Salkand made this blog that nobody read where he spouted off nonsense about how he believed the world was going to end. I just noticed it in the last few months and left a scathing comment that I figured would result in him shamefully deleting his blog. Well, today I read about more doomsday nuts and wanted to link to it for laughs but, long behold, it was gone. Unfortunately for him, I was prepared this time and immediately copied every word he wrote so that it would survive his attempt to ruin my amusement. Being the kindhearted individual that I am, I would never deprive such amusement from others and so I have pasted his genius below. Enjoy.

Btw, this comment is what prompted the attempt to link to his blog: "In case you were wondering how long it would be before the dumdums once again decided that ancient humans predicted that the sky would be falling, the answer is not long at all - http://www.livescience.com/27827-pap...-theories.html"

Chapter Two: Maya; Part A: The Mayan Belief
The Mayan calendar is based upon an astrological cycle that we call the procession of the Equinoxes. This is a 26,000 year cycle that is also shared by the Sumerians, the Tibetans, the Egyptians, the Cherokee, and the Hopi. The Mayans believes that this 26,000 year cycle consisted of five small cycles each being 5,125 years long. Each cycle is said to be its own age, and to have been destroyed at the start of a new cycle.

The Mayans claimed that starting 1999 we (mankind) would have 13 years to change our attitudes and to stray from the path of self-destruction, moving onto a path in sync with nature. The Mayans knew that our sun (what they called Kinich-Ahau) would synchronize with the central galaxy causing a spark or solar flare every 5,125 years and that this would cause a displacement in the earths rotation opening the possibilities for great catastrophes to occur.
Our present cycle, which is from 3113 B.C. until 2012 A.D. is called the age of the fifth sun, and is ruled by Earth, also called Caban in the Mayan language. (each age having been ruled by one of five elements). Caban, or Earth has several meanings including, movement, shift, evolution, earthquake, navigation, synchronicity, clue tracking and turtle.

3113 B.C. is an appropriate date to start history. The first Egyptian dynasty is dated to 3100 BC; the first city, Uruk in Mesopotamia is also 3100 B.C., the Hindu Kali Yuha is 3102 B.C. and even more interesting is the division of time into 24 hours, each hour consisting of 60 minutes and each minute consisting of 60 seconds, and a circle being 360 degrees all found in 3100 B.C.. If the Mayans can so accurately place the beginning of our history, then should the end (December 21, 2012) also be as accurate?

“If Humanity Wishes to save itself from biospheric destruction, it must return to living in natural time. -Pacal Votan-7th century Mayan prophet.

Chapter 1: Introduction
An Obsession on 2012 by Ryan S. Maxwell
CHAPTER ONE: INTRODUCTIONS

For many centuries mankind has been obsessed with the apocalypse. This is true for recent years more so than any other time due to the upcoming date of December 21, 2012, possible the most discussed date in recent history. What makes 2012 so fascinating is that it is not just another paranoia like Y2K, where people forgot that the two on a computer is still comprised of ones and zeroes.
What makes this date so significant is the overwhelming number of prophecies that are suppose to occur on this day; The Mayans, the Hopi, the Egyptians, the Kabbalist, the Essences, the Qero elders of Peru, the Navajo, the Cherokee, the Apache, the Iroquois Confederacy, the Dogon tribe, the Aborigines, Nostradamus, Apollo’s prophet at Delphi, and the Biblical code all have a prophecy related to that day on 2012. What I am gong to attempt to do with my “book” is to go deep into each of these prophecies to see if I can finally shed some light on this much debated subject.

The end of Wyvern, start of something new.
Today I sold my house on the online game "wyvern." With this transaction I have officially retired from the game, and am moving on to bigger and better things. One thing I did today was I made a video using Kenny Rogers' song, "The Last Ten Years."

You can view this, and all my other videos at my youtube page:

I will continue to maintain my wyvern story website (www.freewebs.com/necropoliss/). So please feel free to continue sending me those stories.

The bit about Necropoliss is nice to hear, I was worried that my (almost done, hopefully) rewrite of the Enseru companion was all in vain.

Start of something new.

Retired as in, I don't play anymore, but I might drop in from time to time, and somewhere in the distant future there is a possibility I will come out of retirement, although I wouldn't hold my breath over it.

A Beginning
For those of you who know me, in real life or through the online game "Wyvern." Please note that this is not a doorway to the wonderful world of Ryan, or Salkand the happy and often randomly crazy socialist who you find to be extremely funny or annoying. This is a doorway into my paranoid fantasies. This is a doorway into my religion, my thoughts on december 21, 2012 and much more. This blog is not here for you to argue with me, you enter these doors already agreeing with me, knowing that I am right until I am proven wrong. For those of you I know are out there and who still desire to argue with me, know that your comments will be deleted and the ability to post comments on anything I write after this will be removed for everyone.
